Letshuoer come with a 30-day return policy that begins on the date of delivery. Returned items must be received in new condition with all accessories to receive a full refund.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the product is still in brand-new condition, we can arrange a full refund.
If you need warranty service on your earphones, you may request an exchange under our warranty
If the products you purchase through any other authorized dealer have defects, you will need to find the corresponding dealer responsible. We are only responsible for the products sold from our store.
We are not responsible for items returned without previously contacting Letshuoer.
To be eligible for a refund from Letshuoer, the product must have been purchased directly from the Letshuoer website. If your product was purchased from other retailers, you must contact that specific retailer.
Items must be in functional condition and not damaged by the customer. The package and items must be without any visible damage and complete with all accessories.
The customer is also responsible for paying all shipping fees to return the product. Original shipping cost will not be refunded.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days
