Ergonomic design details
The earphone connector protrudes slightly from the side of the IEM so the earhook on the cable can sit comfortably on the ear without twisting inwards. The receptor is slightly indented into the chassis to ensure product longevity as well.
Dual vent hole design
The chassis has two vent holes drilled to the side of the unit to reduce pressure against the ear drums, which in turns protect users’ hearing.

My first planar IEM's and wow, I'm astounded. The detail and clarity is phenomenal. Mine are 4.4 balanced and running thru a Shanling XL1 DAC - what a combo. If you're not a fan of spending hundreds of dollars (and who is?!) but still want an absolutely mind-numbing set of planar IEM's, the S12's are what you are after! Also, they were expertly packaged and shipped promptly. Following the tracking shipment was also a breeze.
Solid earphones
An IEM with a sound signature that is just fun to listen to. It comes with a very nice cable and a good selection of ear tips (foam and 2 different types of silicone). The treble can be a bit too much at times, so I would suggest EQing it if you are sensitive to the higher frequencies. Compared to the Moondrop Aria, which I have had for a few years, I much prefer the S12.

The headphones arrived in 12 days. Everything arrived intact. The headphones themselves are light and sit comfortably in the ears. A good, dense case. Ear pads 3 pairs of 3 sets for every taste. The sound is good, the stage is average. Instruments are heard clearly. The set is good.
