My S12 properly came with a code as shown.However, at first it didn't work and it took over a week for support to respond and then fix this issue. As for the product itself, it is about as good as expected, and very durable.

Für mich ist der S12 2024 der harmonisch klingenste Planar IEM den ich bisher gehört habe. Benutze den S12 2024 mit Cayin N3 Ultra und Ifi Go Bar mit beiden klingt der IEM hervorragend. Verarbeitung und Passform ist Top.
Owning several planar IEMs; inc. the S08 and S12 Pro, this is the best planar yet.
Bass slams hard like the S12 Pro but with the clarity that lets through the texture and micro details in the nether regions. Mids are clean and timbral accurate, with a good body and note weight. The treble region is clean and clear without being forward or overly energetic. Perhaps the best part is the low noise floor of this IEM that lets details reveal themselves in an unforced nature whilst maintaining timbral accuracy and richness to the sound. Technicalities shine as a result, with a good soundstage, image proportion and layering.
