Failure to provide proof of warranty, including the warranty card and invoice.
Letshuoer offers a 1-year warranty coverage for our products (Only the earphone units are covered by this warranty). Letshuoer offers a 3-month warranty for cables. Accessories(earphone cases, ear tips and other accessories)and gifts are not included. Warranty period starts from the date of purchase.
