Letshuoer provides limited warranty to the products. You can find the warranty period on the warranty card of the product you purchased.

Definition of Warranty
Warranty is defined as our written promise to repair or replace a faulty product that results from manufacturing issues.

Warranty Period
Letshuoer offers a 1-year warranty coverage for our products (Only the earphone units are covered by this warranty). Letshuoer offers a 3-month warranty for cables. Accessories(earphone cases, ear tips and other accessories)and gifts are not included. Warranty period starts from the date of purchase. Please send an email to support@letshuoer.com, should you encounter any issues.
Warranty Channel-In order for your warranty claim to be approved, the following conditions must be met:
You must have purchased the product directly from Letshuoer.net, Letshuoer official Amazon store(Amazon USA,Amazon UK,Amazon JP), AliExpress Letshuoer Official Store
Authorized dealer: If you purchased the product from an agent, please contact the corresponding agent to handle related after-sales issues.
All warranty claims must be submitted directly to Letshuoer .

Letshuoer warrants to the original purchaser that the product purchased will be free of defects related to manufacturing, parts and workmanship under normal and accepted use. And the warranty will not include the expense of returning the defective units for repairing.

This warranty extends only to personal use & does not extend to any product that has been used for commercial use, rental use, or use that is not intended. There are no warranties other than expressly set forth herein.
