My S12 properly came with a code as shown.However, at first it didn't work and it took over a week for support to respond and then fix this issue. As for the product itself, it is about as good as expected, and very durable.
From the sound to that amazing unboxing experience...the free gift of the cable and that customer service especially was chef kiss. Very attentive and guided me from AliExpress then added my country on the main website for me to be able to order on. I wanted my first planar experience and also it's my wife and I 8 year anniversary this year. What better way to celebrate than get the 8th year limited s2024?
